Canadians have grown tired of COVID-19 and more young people – who may feel invincible – are getting the virus and spreading it. However, it is worth keeping in mind that the pandemic is still in an acceleration phase around the globe, says Steven Hoffman, a Professor of Global Health, Law and Political Science, and the Dahdaleh Distinguished Chair in Global Governance & Legal Epidemiology.
