Frequent testing and quick results would help get kids back in class, York research shows

Frequent testing and quick results will be critical to safely re-opening schools for kids, according to Ali Asgary, associate professor in the Faculty of Liberal Arts & Professional Studies. Asgary, who is associate director of York’s Advanced Disaster, Emergency and Rapid Response Simulation, collaborated with colleagues to develop a simulation too to analyze which testing strategies would be best for schools.
